Aeroflot informs passengers of the necessity to comply with the requirements and recommendations of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) for preventing Covid-19.

To clear the quarantine control at the entry points on the state border of the Russian Federation promptly, Russian nationals arriving in the Russian Federation on international flights must, prior to departure, fill out the questionnaire on the Public Services Portal and then, within three calendar days of their date of arrival, take a one-time laboratory Covid-19 PCR test.
Passengers must remain in quarantine at their place of residence (stay) until they receive a negative test result.
No laboratory Covid-19 PCR test is required if the individual has been vaccinated against Covid-19 in the last 12 months or can present documentary verification of having recovered from Covid-19 in the last six months.

To check-in and board an international flight, foreign nationals and stateless persons* travelling to the airports of the Russian Federation, including passengers in transit via airports in the Russian Federation, must present a medical document (certificate) with a negative Covid-19 result (PCR) in Russian or English; the test must have been taken no earlier than three calendar days (including the date of arrival) prior to arrival in the Russian Federation.
* Including children and infants of all ages.

The validity of the PCR test certificate is calculated starting from the date the biological material was collected.
If it is not possible to submit the medical certificate in Russian or in English, it may be submitted in the official language of the country where the issuing organisation is registered, accompanied by a Russian translation certified by a consular official of the Russian Federation. During the flight, passengers must also fill in the form provided by the flight attendants.
Tout voyageur belge, peu importe l’âge, doit pouvoir présenter un test PCR négatif effectué dans les 72 heures avant l’arrivée en Russie. Cette obligation s’applique également aux personnes vaccinées avec l’un des vaccins reconnus par l’Agence européenne du médicament. À l’heure actuelle, ces vaccins ne sont pas reconnus par les autorités russes. Les connexions aériennes régulières ont été rétablies avec la Belgique. La fréquence des vols reste cependant limitée. Les autorités russes ont par ailleurs décidé la reprise de la délivrance de visas de toutes catégories aux ressortissants belges.
